Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all my family and friends!

New year's eve was wonderful! I hope all of yours was as well! I spent the day at a secluded beach with only a handful of people around and watched the final sunset of the year. It was beautiful. The evening was spent eating one of the best meals I have had since arriving in India- barracuda cooked in banana leaf, shrimps in a spicy curry, squid with loads of garlic and JUMBO tiger prawns! It was fab!!!! The only item missing was a medium rare steak!

What a gorgeous sunset. What a beautiful way to transition to a new year! Looks like you're having a fabulous time and enjoying a much-deserved rest! Enjoy the rest of your time there. I look forward to hearing more about your journey when you get home.

Cheers,

Mary

Happy New Year! It is 5.54pm on Jan 1st and I am wondering if it is too early for me to take my hungover body to bed. Had a nice time last night. It sounds like you had a nice time too.

Now my only question is, we have heard about the Ashram but what about the brown boys?

See you soon, love Sue

ItsASecret: I have only thought about work once for about one minute! If you can believe this, I am not even sure who you are referring to with the 'M and B'!!!! I am not ready at all to come home which is a beautiful feeling :) usually I start mentally preparing but not so far on this trip! Happy New Year sweetie, miss you xoxo
